Amy, Keiko and Diana are making a getaway when they are stopped by a CIA agent. Doug and his office colleagues were doing the same, but Bryan, the aforementioned CIA agent, and his right-hand man, Brahim, have “recruited” them all to solve a problem: all the pharmacies are empty and their group of survivors needs medicine. Bryan's solution? Storm a cruise ship moored in the harbor. All they wanted to do was escape the zombies. And now they have to explore a cruise ship where a horde of the dead is waiting for them.
The team had better stick together if they want to survive, because the cruise might just be fun... to death!
