This adventure takes place on the world of Mithril, a cold and sparsely populated frontier world.

The Travelers land at Mithril's rudimentary astroport, but find their ship disabled and the base strangely empty. Exploring, the Travelers discover that there may be survivors from what happened at the port. A remote distress beacon is detected, but reaching it requires overland travel. After locating the survivors, the Travelers discover that their problems are just beginning...

Mission to Mithril includes:
  •         The Sword Worlds sub-sector
  •         Mithril's indigenous creatures, including the Calamander and the Raucuss.
