Kinderspiel des Jahres 2020

And the winner is...

The prestigious award of the "Kinderspiel des Jahres 2020" - the best children's game of the year 2020 - was given in June to Roulapik!

Created by Urtis Sulinskas, illustrated by Irina Pechenkina and published in France by Gigamic, Roulapik is a dexterity game for children from 4 years old. The players' goal is simple: help their hedgehog to get home as quickly as possible by choosing the best path thanks to the velco candies collected with the hedgehog ball.

Beautiful equipment, original mechanics, two different game modes (cooperative and competitive)... Roulapik seems perfect for the holidays!

Bien Ouej ! : Interactive Encounters

July 4 and 5, online!

L'Union des Editeurs de Jeux de Société - a professional association that brings together French-speaking board game publishing companies - is organising a free interactive event starting on July 4th to make sure you don't miss out on any game news and releases: Bien Ouej!

4 presenters and 50 speakers will coordinate to offer you a full program: presentations of new products by publishers, games, live, interviews with authors, "battles" with illustrators, round-table discussions...

The Interactive Encounters will start on the weekend of July 4th and continue throughout the following week, until Saturday July 11th!

Here's what is needed to enjoy it: an internet connection, a screen, a comfortable chair and a peach syrup (optional).
