Each round, players spin, deal, talk and fight to control where they buy and sell liquor, help politicians get elected and get help in return or double-cross rival gangs.
In Wise Guys, negotiate, threaten and ally with rival gangs when it serves your needs, but beware of the inevitable knife in the back...
Over the course of six rounds, players take turns driving to locations in the city represented by the grid of cards in the center of the board.
Different locations provide access to materials, money, or influence that the player's gang members can acquire by trading, profiting from ownership in their territory, or exploiting parts of the city under the control of a rival gang. All players must maintain some discretion, as selling too much in one round will attract unwanted attention or saturate the city with alcohol - and your fellow mobster won't be too happy about the lost profits.
The gang with the most money at the end of the game wins.
Betray, promise, trade, influence!
