Escape From New York - Bands of New York: 5th Player Extension is played by replacing the New York automa with a real player, bringing the total number of players to 5. The more heroes make noise, the more cards the player taking on the role of New York can play - and the stronger they'll be. The New York player doesn't play with mission cubes like the bot. like the bot: he'll use mission cards instead, trying to solve the requirements of certain missions, triggering events, such as destroying the Gullfire or discarding a timer tile timer tile, moving closer to victory.
