Shattered City - Resource Cards

Each of these 48 poker-sized cards provides a new resource surplus to the game's factions, providing challenges and opportunities for players.

A lack of land leaves a faction confined and fighting for space, unable to expand: a surplus of food must be kept somewhere, and deciding what to do with it is a problem in itself.  On the reverse side, each card has an illustration evocative of the resource in question.
