In Tales of Nine 1: The Black Mountain, explore locations, battle monsters, collect treasure and experience a 3-chapter adventure.

Tales of Nine 1: The Black Mountain

Countless years have passed since the Great Black Dragon seized the legendary dwarven city of Dugrimmar... But today, you, Paladin of the Kingdom, have decided to defy him and take the Sceptre of the Ancients, to offer your people a glorious future!

The game turn is divided into 3 phases:
  •         The Hero phase, during which the player moves the Hero card onto another card and pays the latter's entry cost. He then retrieves the card from his “backpack”.
  •         The Monster Phase, during which any monsters that can move closer to the Hero.
  •         The Adventure phase, when the player completes the game zone.
You'll need to anticipate your movements and apply the various card effects to reach your goal and find the exit.

The player wins when the Exit card reaches the backpack.

An Infinite mode is also available, allowing players to play one game after another, trying to achieve the highest score.
