Starfinder - Skittermander Whelp

The skink's young resemble a miniature version of the adult, but with more prominent ears and a tiny secondary mouth on the abdomen.

This secondary mouth enables it to attach itself to large prey and feed at will.

Thanks to the anesthetic mucus secreted by this mouth, less intelligent animals rarely notice the young's prey.
