Improve the districts of 19th century Paris!

In Paris, you play the role of rich real estate investors in the Paris of the 1900s. Paris is at the height of its transformation into one of the most beautiful cities in the world. After having successfully organized the 1889 Universal Exhibition, crowned by the construction of the Eiffel Tower and celebrating the centenary of the storming of the Bastille, Paris is experiencing a period known as the "Belle Époque".

The architecture of Paris created during this period ranges from the Fine Arts, Neo-Byzantine and Neo-Gothic to Art Nouveau and Art Deco. It is up to you to buy some of these magnificent Parisian buildings in order to make a profit and invest in the development and maintenance of some of the most emblematic buildings and sites in Paris.

The game is played on a variable number of towers. Once the end-of-game condition is triggered, players complete the current round, and then all have a final round before the final score of the game. The player with the most VPs at the end of the game is declared the winner.
