Using Direction cards, Iconic Monuments, and Urban Planning objectives, players must collaborate to create a coherent, connected city that meets the requirements of Roman dignitaries. Observation, communication, and anticipation will be the keys to success.
Build a 7x7 grid of cards representing the city of Rome, correctly placing:
Victory is collective: all objectives must be fulfilled to succeed.
Each turn, a player performs two mandatory actions:
Players can discuss freely to optimize placements and anticipate future turns.
Urban Planning cards impose additional constraints: relative position between Monuments, number of cards in a row or column, arrow orientation, etc. Each game offers a different combination, varying the difficulty.
Green cards can be used once to turn over a card on the grid, but will no longer earn points at the end of the game.
The game ends when all cards on the grid are face up. The remaining card in hand is discarded.

A progressive campaign allows you to increase the difficulty with more Urban Planning cards and fewer green cards. The ultimate challenge: succeed with 6 Urban Planning objectives and no green cards used.
