Ace of Spades

An explosive mix of solo/co-op strategic poker, boss battles, and deck building.

You start with a deck of 52 cards + 1 Joker

Each turn, you have two main options:

The Duel

Play a poker hand (5 cards) to deal damage to the enemy. Each typical poker combination deals specific damage. Face cards add damage bonuses. Aces are even more powerful.

Discard and Draw / Refresh the Deck

Optimize your hand by discarding useless cards... or refresh the deck before reaching the end.

Be careful, for each Boss, you have a limited number of playable hands and discards.

You must defeat 12 enemies to win the game.

Three types of opponents:

Minions: the easiest enemies to defeat.

Acolytes: you encounter them at the end of each scene: tough to beat, but with big bonuses at stake.

Lord Overkill: the final boss. The demon, quite simply.

Each victory can grant you bonuses that will be very useful against subsequent enemies.

But remember: you only have a limited number of hands and discards to play. If your dials reach zero before you kill the enemy, you lose.

Each game tells a story of rising power... or a brutal fall.

The 2-player mode works with a shared hand and limited communication. Coordination, tempo management, and anticipation become crucial.
