The board is placed in the center of the table. Each player chooses a color (light or dark wooden stars) and takes the 7 corresponding stars. The last player to have observed the stars begins the game.
How to play
On their turn, players can perform one of the following two actions:
Place a star: Place a star of their color on an empty space on the board.
Slide a star along a straight line (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal).
The move may:
Push another star if the next space is empty
Remove a star from the board and return it to its owner, who may play it again later
Restrictions:
It is not possible to push more than one star at a time
It is not permitted to undo the previous move by playing the opposite move
End of the game
The game ends as soon as a player manages to form a perfect square with 4 stars of their color, connected by straight lines. If a player unintentionally creates a square for their opponent, the latter wins the game. If a square is formed simultaneously for both players, the victory goes to the opponent.
