Build your colony, outsmart your rivals, and rule the anthill!

In Antscape, the goal is to earn as many points as possible by claiming valuable territories, strategically deploying your queen, and building a strong colony. Players take turns recruiting ants or claiming territories. As the game progresses, colonies expand by occupying more territories and conquering strategic locations. The game ends once all territories have been claimed.

Each turn consists of three simple steps:

  1. Perform an action (optional)
  2. Choose to either claim a region or recruit an ant
  3. Fill your hand to a maximum of four cards

Areas are claimed by playing the right combination of cards, while recruiting ants gives you access to more powerful cards and more options in subsequent turns. As the game progresses, the conquered areas form a colony, contributing to the final score.

Bonus cards add unique twists and strategies, while each player's special terrain modification card allows you to reshape the landscape to your advantage, creating rich tactical choices in every game.

Antscape ends when all areas have been claimed or when the queen's areas remain unused. Once the dust settles, the colony with the highest total score wins!
