In Toshi Toshi, plan, balance, negotiate, bluff: anything goes!

The mayor of Kanashī is calling you! As urban designers, you are asked to develop the city's new green district. The mayor will hire the person who demonstrates their expertise by planting the most greenery around the most important buildings. You win the game if the buildings you have greened are worth more than those of your opponents. You will then be appointed Chief Architect of the city of Kanashī.

Win the trick to build the city, or lose the hand to increase your chances of victory? It's up to you, because timing is crucial! You will only have 10 tricks to prove that you are the greatest environmental architect in this unique Japanese design game.
