It's time to save money in Room Share!

Players take on the role of a real estate agent, offering shared apartments to their clients. However, each apartment can only accommodate a maximum of 3 people.

If there are more than 4 people in an apartment, the landlord will find out and the tenants will be evicted.

Each player takes on the role of a real estate agent, offering shared apartments to his or her clients.

However, each apartment can only accommodate a maximum of 3 people. If there are more than 4 people in an apartment, the landlord will find out and the tenants will be evicted!

How do I play?

1. On his turn, the player plays an Event card from his hand and applies its effect.
2. Place your tenants in the rooms!
3. If a room is full, all occupants are evicted!
4. Haunted rooms cost you points!

Watch out for chain evictions!
