Its members were secretly recruited from among the best troops of the Aegis Bureau and the Black Bureau, and pledged to answer the call whenever a new planet, a potential new home for humanity, was in danger, whenever a force of law enforcement and security was needed to operate in the most remote colonies in the middle of uncharted territory.
