Not only does he have the means to do it, but he also wants to prove to the rest of the universe just how intelligent, unscrupulous and powerful he is. That man is Dr. Maxwell Mayhem, a man whose name you unfortunately haven't heard the last of. Will you be able to stop him and undo his evil deeds?
