Initially, there was only one hut!
The game consists of a board divided into 12 territories containing 5 regions that can be of 4 types: plain, forest, mountain, and desert. At the start of the game, form 12 groups containing one hut of each color (red, yellow, green, blue, and white). Then place these groups in each territory, placing one hut per region.
Shuffle the 5 "objective" tiles, face down, to give one to each player. This tile will indicate your color for the game, which remains secret until the last moment. Since the game is played with a maximum of 4 players, there will always be a neutral color. With 3 players, you will have 2 neutral colors, etc.
