Citizens of the Spark: recruit the strongest and brightest animal citizens for your city.
Citizens of the Spark is a strategy game combining card drafting, engine building, and combo creation, where each player's turn is an opportunity for all players to act!
Collect Citizen cards from the center of the table and place them in your play area. Activate their abilities to gain an advantage over your opponents. Choose your timing carefully, as your rivals can follow your actions and activate their citizens in turn!
The fate of the creatures touched by the spark of intelligence is at stake. You must recruit powerful animal allies for your city and unleash the potential of your citizens if you want your colony to survive the days to come.
Play with 7 to 10 types of animal citizens per game, chosen from 30 available creatures and grouped in a common deck.
Each type of citizen has distinct powers, making the combinations of actions in each game unique.
On your turn, recruit several citizens by selecting a group of available cards, place them on your city board, and group similar citizens together to increase their strength. Then select a type of citizen from your board to activate it, take the card's effect, and discard it from your city. But watch out for rival cities, because when you activate a citizen, all players can follow your move and activate a corresponding citizen!
