Carcassonne: Expansion 4 - Towers & Thieves adds even more new elements to the game mechanics.

The Tower makes it easier to draw tiles. What's more, this tower organizes your playing and storage space so that you can extend the kingdom of Carcassonne and its expansions to all four corners of your table. The tiles and tower levels... raise your Meeples above Carcassonne.

For each level added to a tower, you can capture a nearby Meeple.

Carcassonne: Expansion 4 - Towers & Thieves requires the base game to be used.
