Napoléon 1806

Description

Napoleon 1806 is a game designed to simulate the famous 1806 campaign where French troops were victorious over Prussian forces at the battles of Jena and Auerstaedt.

On August 9, 1806, Frederick William of Prussia, in reaction to the recent creation of the Confederation of the Rhine by Napoleon, decreed the mobilization order. War became inevitable. The Prussian army concentrated on Erfürt without waiting for the troops of its Russian ally. Taking his opponents by surprise, Napoleon entered Saxony with the Grand Army on October 7, 1806 and headed for Berlin. A week later, the Prussians, defeated at Jena and Auerstaedt, fled north. The pursuit, led by Murat's cavalry, could begin...

Napoleon 1806 is intended for seasoned wargamers as well as for young conscripts who want to try a new game sensation. Strategy, anticipation and decision making are the driving forces behind the Napoleon 1806 system. The rules of Napoleon 1806 are divided into three parts. The first part, called "Conscript Rules", allows you to learn all the notions of the game easily. The second part, "Rules of the Grognard" brings more finesse by including the "fog of war". The last one, " Rules of the marshal " allows you to play Napoleon 1806 in competition.
