Anna Pietruś-Bral is a graduate of the State Secondary School of Fine Arts in Gdynia and the Faculty of Graphics at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. she works in illustration, painting, and education. In 2022 and 2023, she was an award winner in the competition organized by the Art Vue Foundation in Brussels. She is passionate about 18th and 19th-century culture as well as Norse and Celtic mythology. A dark world on the border of waking and dreaming emerges from her paintings, filled with an atmosphere of mystery, emptiness, and silence. The real world intertwines with a world of magic and symbols.
