In La Cuenta, you go on a tapas bar crawl with your small group of friends.
At each bar, someone will have to pay the bill—try not to be that person! Inevitably, someone will run out of money. When that happens, the player with the most money wins.
Each bar you visit is represented by a round, and each round consists of an unspecified number of turns (orders you place in the kitchen). On each turn, the player whose turn it is must play 1 card from their hand.
If you cannot play 1 card on your turn, you must ask for the check. The person who paid the check starts the next round. If you start a round and cannot play any cards, discard all cards in your hand, draw the maximum number of cards again, and start over.
The game ends when someone has no savings left.
