In The Beings of "Les êtres de l'abime et autres récits" by Abraham Merritt, you will explore lost cities populated by non-human creatures at the ends of the earth in the eponymous short story, a mixture of Indiana Jones and Lovecraftian tales, as well as many other gems, more “concentrated” than the novels of the man who was a star of the pulp magazines of the time, and who appreciated each other's work. We thus find a “Ktulu” in one of Merritt's novels, in homage to his friend from Providence.
