This effect is formulated for brush application. The product can be used directly from the bottle. Once applied let it dry on the base or vegetation. 
The frost effect will appear in the form of whitish crystals after a while (depending on the coating and the ambient temperature and humidity conditions). 

It comes in 17ml bottles.
