unglaublich einfach, the card game as simple as its name suggests
unglaublich einfach ("incredibly simple") is a card game published by Amigo, designed by Klaus Altenburger and illustrated by Sonja Müller. True to its name, it relies on a single, immediately accessible rule: draw a card from one of three shared piles to form pairs of matching values, all while managing a constant risk of being knocked out. Its simplicity makes it ideal for larger groups, whether playing as a family or on game night.
How to play unglaublich einfach
On their turn, each player draws the top card from one of the three visible piles. If its value isn't yet in their display, it's placed face up. If it matches a card already there, the pair is formed and set aside face down on the player's personal score pile. The catch: you can never have more than 5 different cards on display at once. If a drawn card would push you past this limit, you are immediately knocked out for the rest of the round, losing all your displayed cards.
