In an alternate 1930s era New Orleans, heroes must deal with the Great Depression, constant cold war between the North and South, the unrelenting industrialization of the modern world, corrupt governments, and more than a few terrors lurking in the darkness. Those who struggle against this evil are steely-eyed private dicks, fast-talking grifters, wild-eyed inventors, and shadowy houngans.
