In the co-operative game Viking Route, your heroes sail on a magical drakkar to the Edge of the World and beyond. Guided by magical ravens sent by Odin to show you the way, and by the winds of Fate, you will face powerful and monstrous creatures from Norse mythology to complete your quests and prepare for the final challenge: defeating the gods’ greatest enemy and preventing Ragnarok!
This mechanic is just one of the elements under the players’ control; they must also manage the drakkar’s resources and their hand of cards to face opponents and achieve their quest objectives. Several quests, using different board layouts, are included in the game; these can be played either independently or as a continuous campaign, culminating in a final showdown to avert Ragnarok.
