The Phoenix Continent is an independent role-playing game, which can also serve as a sequel to the City of Knowledge campaign. You do not need to have watched the Game of Rôles live-action play or own other titles from the ARIA range to play New Lands. However, this supplement is fully compatible with all our RPGs set in this universe.
You’ll find:
- The game rules allowing you to create your characters and develop them;
- 6 new core archetypes: the scholar, the warlock, the prophet, the prodigy, the thief, and the veteran adventurer;
- 4 scenarios, which are interconnected but can also be played independently or in parallel by different groups. They’ll allow you to discover Tourneau, in the heart of the Single Forest; the steampunk colony of Posélénié; the charming lakeside city of Mont-Royal; and, of course, New Aria, under siege.
What’s the connection with Game of Rôles?
This campaign formed the backdrop to the fourth season of the Game of Rôles live-action role-playing series. Whilst it featured regulars such as Lydia and Lâm, it also provided an opportunity to welcome many guests, including Kao, Adyboo, Maghla, Lox, Cyprien and Panthaa.
