Late summer, 54 BC: after a series of brutal and brilliant campaigns, Caesar has conquered Gaul for the glory of Rome. But not all tribes submitted. In the north, the Belgian leader Ambiorix traps Roman legions while Caesar is in the south. One of the Avernes' ambitious sons is trying to unite a Celtic confederation in revolt against Caesar.
