The perfect gateway to the world of Altered and to learning how to play, each Deck contains a Unique card featuring one of the new heroes from the set and includes: 1 Deck of 40 playable cards (39 cards + 1 Hero card), including 29 cards with common and rare cards to learn the mechanics of the game during your first few games, and 11 synergistic cards to deepen your mastery of the game, including a Hero card and a Unique card. In addition, you'll find everything you need to play, including 5 Adventure cards, game rules, a paper playmat, 19 auxiliary cards (tokens and game aids), and a sheet of cardboard markers.
