Description
All they have to do is visit a few worlds, remind friends and foes alike that the Navy is there, and assist Imperial diplomats operating in the region. There is, however, a sealed section in their orders - to be opened after their ship leaves port.
Tasked with discreetly locating hijacked Imperial ships, the Travelers are immediately immersed in the murky politics of the region. They must find the ships without appearing to be looking for them, and make a decision when they do. Should they deprive the pro-imperial factions of their means of self-defense? Should they look closely at how the ships were obtained? And what about the situation on Arden? An officer of a foreign power is facing trial and execution there. Is it in the Imperium's interest to support the process or to obstruct it? Weighty decisions are made under the banner of the Sunburst, and one mistake could turn a tense situation toward war.
