Description

While Fatimid and Umayyad military traditions had relied on large numbers of infantry, by the twelfth century Syrian armies were dominated by professional cavalry. Infantry were less highly regarded. Largely raised from city militias, they were primarily used to serve in sieges. 

This blister contains four different figures. Weapons and 25mm round bases supplied.
