Arnold Wesker, alias The Ventriloquist, is a gang leader in Gotham City. This psychotic character is weak and fearful and struggles to perceive reality. Until the day he acquires a ventriloquist dummy named Scarface. This dummy offers him a completely different demeanor. Sometimes cowardly and timid, he can instantaneously transform into a dark and malevolent being. Is it a personality disorder that alters Arnold Wesker's nature, or is it his malevolent puppet? No one knows.
In terms of gameplay, this character has 2 tiles. One represents his behavior as Arnold Wesker, and the other as The Ventriloquist. On one side, he will be evasive and able to support his allies while being a low-threat character. On the other side, he will be violent and capable of adding more threat.
This character can be used as a replacement for the Villain in certain missions of the base box.
This character is playable in Versus mode (the Versus expansion is required to play this tactical showdown mode for 2 players).
His power allows him, given his mental instability, to define his characteristics.
