Not So Fast is a fun racing game in which hares and tortoises race toward a vegetable garden, but speed alone isn’t enough to win. Each player secretly roots for one team’s color, trying to guide both their hare and their tortoise so they arrive at just the right moment.

The gates to the vegetable garden are open! Everyone is rushing in to take advantage of it.
Be careful, because first come doesn’t necessarily mean first served! Don’t let your opponents figure out your colors, and watch for the best moment to break away from the crowd!
To score the most points, you have to arrive… at just the right moment!
Get your hare and your tortoise into the vegetable garden at the right time to nibble on the best vegetables and score more points than your opponents!
Each turn, a player reveals a movement card that determines which token—by animal type or color—can be moved and advances it one space along the track. The pieces can be stacked, and when a piece moves from the bottom of a stack, all the pieces above it are pulled forward and then scatter, sometimes helping your opponents as much as it helps you.
As the tokens cross the barrier into the vegetable garden, they occupy the scoring spaces in order, with each space awarding a different number of points depending on whether it is occupied by a hare or a tortoise. Only the first seven tokens to arrive will score points, which heightens the tension as the finish line approaches.
The game ends as soon as all seven scoring spaces in the vegetable garden are occupied. Players reveal their hidden team cards and add up the points earned by their corresponding hare and tortoise.
The highest total wins; in the event of a tie, the player whose token entered the vegetable garden first breaks the tie.
Not So Fast combines bluffing, group movement, and tactics in a race where moving at the wrong time can be just as risky as staying put.
