In Who Murdered The Turtle? it's all about being on your guard. One player is the murderer and the rest are turtles!
In each turn, players use any number of action cards from their hand and end their turn by drawing a card from the deck. The turtles must try to find out who the murder is, but if you guess wrong you lose half of your action cards.
If all the turtles are murdered before the deck runs out of cards, the murderer wins. If the turtles guess the identity of the murder, the turtles win.
