The universe and rules are compatible with Demon: Damnation and Vampire: Requiem, Second Edition. The Changelin: Les Disparus universe and rules book contains everything you need to play the game: a presentation of the universe, a toolbox for designing your favorite changeling, seasonal classes, as well as the basic rules and all the powers.
