It is a trick-taking game with a fixed trump suit. In general, if you can follow suit, you must do so, but in many cases, you can play one of your cards face down as a magenta 5. However, only one magenta 5 can appear in each trick. The winner of the trick takes all the cards played in the trick, with their card on top.
At the end of the hand, players whose sum of top cards is greater than 25 lose points, while those whose sum of cards is less than or equal to 25 gain points, with players who scored closest to 25 winning the most points.
The player with the most points after four rounds wins the game.
