Uncontrolled development and climate change have brought your city to the brink of chaos...

Together, take things in hand and transform your city into Evolutopia, a city that takes care of its inhabitants and the planet.

You have to implement changes in the city to make all the existing nuisances disappear but also to make sufficient progress in 3 of the 5 key indicators. To achieve this goal, you will select and assign experts to carry out the evolutions.

But these experts will also have to be used to manage crises which, if they accumulate, will cause you to lose the game. Each of you will be assigned special powers (roles) and may have access to good plans to help you accomplish your common mission. Players either all win together or all lose together.
