The myth of the Wendigos has been around since before the bombs fell. People who have allowed themselves to be carried away by the succulent taste of human flesh, emaciated beings with bellies swollen with blood. Are they mutants? Or something stranger, older than the Desert itself, a curse that coils like barbed wire in the minds and intestines of its victims. There's no way of knowing, but one thing's for sure: if you hear the Wendigo's hateful howl, it's already too late.
