Star Wars: Battle of Hoth is a strategy and miniature game featuring short, fast-paced games. Will you take command of the Empire’s ruthless troops, or lead the brave Rebel forces?
Based on the famous Command & Colors game system (also used in Mémoire 44), The Battle of Hoth invites players to take turns selecting command cards to activate units and decide how to move and attack across the seventeen scenarios included in the box.
In Star Wars: Battle of Hoth, you must be the first to earn a certain number of medals—usually 4 or 5, though this may vary depending on the victory conditions of the chosen scenario. You earn one medal for each enemy unit completely eliminated.
On your turn, you must:
To lead your troops to victory, you’ll need to take into account the specific characteristics of your units—their range, line of sight, and the different types of terrain they’ll have to traverse.
For a more intense gaming experience, you can immerse yourself in the conflict between the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire by playing through both dynamic campaigns. These campaigns offer an even richer experience, in which your victories, defeats, and feats of valor will influence subsequent battles.
To add even more variety to your games, you’ll also have the option to add Leader cards to the battle.
