Catacombs Conquest - Event Horizon

Each card has two firing sequences: a primary firing sequence that can be played immediately, and a secondary firing sequence that must be activated by associating a "star" symbol. Each player has a deck of five Leader cards, which start the game face-up in front of him.

Players then build their deck by choosing two sets of cards from their team (fighters, spellcasters, hunters, creatures or explorers).

Players must play a card from their hand (or turn over one of their Leader cards) to perform the card's primary sequence, and may choose to play another card to activate the primary card's secondary sequence (a Leader card may also be used for this purpose). Whenever a player is unable to draw a card, his discarded cards are shuffled. The expansion adds leech fire and new rules for fireball, missile and wave range shots.

It also introduces the new Dot connector, which allows both character discs to fire. The game features new characters, including the dwarf warrior, the mermaid, the oozing maw, the stone sentry and the fighting robot.

Catacombs Conquest - Event Horizon requires the base game to be played.
