The set includes material for assembling 3D buildings in their "destroyed" form. The eight building blocks can replace equivalent blocks in both PS:WF1 and PS:WF2, therefore two sets of "destroyed buildings" can replace a total of 16 blocks if playing on both parts of the town combined.
