Players must form a government of 10 ministers, whom they will recruit from a range of unlikely characters—some fictional (Bilbo the Hobbit, Dracula, Gaston Lagaffe...) and others who actually existed (Coluche, Cleopatra, Mother Teresa...)
Taking turns, each player assumes the role of Prime Minister and secretly selects their preferred candidate from among eight nominees to fill a specific ministerial post. The other players must then debate among themselves to guess this choice.
If they succeed, the minister is appointed; if they fail, they must choose a new one until they identify the correct one.
Players have a total of 8 “chances to get it wrong” to successfully appoint the 10 government ministers and avoid… dissolution!
