Unfortunately, climbing isn't always easy, and some puppies end up at the bottom of the pile. But in the end, for a little corgi puppy, maybe that's not such a bad thing. After all, no one wants to fall off the top of a big pile of corgis!
Corgi Pileup is a trick-taking game in which only the last trick counts. Each trick, you must climb by playing cards higher than or equal to the highest card played so far, or play your lowest card. Each round, you score your last card and increase your score. Rounds are played until one player's score exceeds 15. All players with scores over 15 lose, and the remaining player with the highest score wins.
In the “Underdog” variant, the game ends as usual, but the player with the lowest score wins!
