Ballons

Description

Ballons, a first board game to learn how to lose

Ballons is a card game designed specifically as a first board game for young children. Each player places 5 Balloon cards of different colors face up in front of them. On their turn, players draw an Action card: danger cards (cat claws, rose thorns, strong wind) force the player holding the matching colored balloon to flip it over, while Mom cards let a player recover a lost balloon. The game ends as soon as a player has no balloons left, and whoever has kept the most wins.

Learning to lose and recognizing colors

Ballons relies entirely on chance, helping children understand that losing a balloon or the game isn't their fault, turning frustration management into a fun experience. The game also helps toddlers recognize and name colors, in a compact, easy-to-carry format.

Contents

  • 50 cards
