The game system in The Battle for Normandy - Deluxe Edition allows players to concentrate on planning and strategy, rather than on an overly restrictive rules system. Based on this new research and player feedback, many units have been adjusted, all maps have undergone minor modifications and entire rule sections have been reworked to better represent historical reality, while minimizing complexity.
The original expansion pack is included in this deluxe edition (although it remains optional), and there are also new scenarios.
