Description

Formed specifically to carry out deep penetration, covert reconnaissance patrols and intelligence missions from behind enemy lines, the LRDG would also be engaged in combat operations. 

The commander of the German Afrika Korps, Field Marshal Erwin Rommel, admitted that the Long Range Desert Group (LRDG) “caused us more damage than any other British unit of equal strength”. 

This converted Chevrolet 30 cwt truck mounts a captured Italian 20mm Breda anti-aircraft gun - ideal for suppressing ground units as well as dealing with pesky enemy planes. 

Contains one resin & metal vehicle with gaming accessories.
