Each patient arrives at the emergency room with an unknown medical condition that you must identify and treat before it's too late. It's up to you to face this incredible challenge and manage your stress. But don't worry: Medical Mysteries - Miami also offers a tutorial to teach you the ropes. Follow leads, perform tests, consult specialists, and use your instincts to diagnose the patient. To find out the results of your tests and examinations on the patient, you will need to consult a codex, which will tell you the consequences of your actions based on the time of day and the patient's overall condition. Your ability to make the right decisions will earn you points, which will influence your final success.

Medical Mysteries is an accessible and immersive game that gives you all the keys through its tutorial scenario: no prior medical knowledge is necessary, and there's no need to enroll in medical school or watch the biggest medical series on repeat. Each patient includes an admission interview and an electronic medical record to examine and evaluate them. From there, you'll have the information you need to begin your diagnosis.

Research listings will provide details on possible illnesses your patient may be suffering from, and additional information will be revealed as you begin treating them. Gather more information by performing tests and consulting with specialists as you narrow down the options.
