In Moon Leap, players try to get their pieces as far down the track as possible to score as many points as possible.

To start the game, each player receives five pieces of the same color, numbered from 1 to 5. The player rolls the die and can then move the pieces corresponding to the total on the die. For example, if the player rolls a 5, he can move the 5, or the 2 and the 3. Pieces are always moved to the next free square on the board.

If the player succeeds in forming a chain of 3 or more checkers, he can roll the dice again.

The game ends when the last three specially marked squares are occupied. Each player receives the number of points obtained by multiplying the number of the square by the number of the occupying pawn.
